About this Event

Network Leadership: Fostering Network Weavers for Decentralized Management

How can we leverage leaders within a network to help connect nodes, influence network behaviors, and co-create spaces for collaboration? This session will explore a case study of a network leadership journey recently piloted within the Bosch Alumni Network. It will look at how the journey closely guided 80 network leaders from around the globe through a collaborative learning and experimentation process focused on network weaving, nurturing cultures and mindsets, and developing spaces and tools for shared decision-making and action.

The session will be led by the leadership journey’s principle designer and lead, Brendon Johnson.

About this Series

Collective Mind hosts regular Community Conversations with our global learning community. Each month, a different co-host shares an experience, methodology, idea, or tool they’ve used with their own network, or hosts a discussion topic. These sessions create space for network professionals to connect, share experiences, and cultivate solutions to common problems experienced by networks.
