WQ16 | A CONVERSATION WITH HENRI LIPMANOWICZ

February 17, 2021 @ 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm

Henri Lipmanowicz is the former President of Merck Japan and Merck Intercontinental and Co-founder of Liberating Structures and the Plexus Institute.

We will have an open discussion with Henri about his insights as a global executive leader and his innovation and commitment for Liberating Structures, of course with participation and Q&A.

This We-Q is a CEO/CXO Series.

Henri describes himself this way “My previous passion was building organizations where people thrived and were successful beyond their wildest expectations. My current passion is the development of Liberating Structures and their dissemination across all five continents. One passion follows naturally the other since Liberating Structures make it possible for people to build organizations where they thrive and are successful beyond their expectations.”

Henri, and his co-author Keith McCandless, have distilled a toolbox of 33 Liberating Structures – or collaboration practices. They are very approachable, easily adaptable, uber-effective ways to normalize working together, collective intelligence, co-creating – all of the ways that The Prometheus Project wants to support Engaging People and Engaging Challenges.

We think Liberating Structures and Henri are time well spent.
