Through guided reflection\, concrete examples\, and collaborative exercises\, you will explore the key elements that underpin a theory of change: community needs and aspirations\, underlying assumptions\, the conditions required for change\, and short-\, medium-\, and long-term outcomes. You will learn how to articulate a clear vision of change that is grounded both in your values and in on-the-ground realities. \nThe workshop will also provide foundational learning to strengthen your understanding of evaluation and strategic planning.
