This Affinity Group is a space for leaders to connect, share learning, and engage in collective healing. Together, we explore how the leadership development field can be a vehicle for liberation and how LLC can serve as a place of rejuvenation and support. Whether it’s your first time or a returning participant, this is a welcoming space for you.

Our new format offers flexibility based on your availability and interests. Feel free to join us when you can:

Come for 30 minutes – Meet and connect with fellow BIPOC leaders. Stay for an hour – Engage in a deeper discussion. Join the last 30 minutes – Participate in small breakout spaces to deepen our learnings.

What is an LLC Affinity Group? LLC Affinity Groups are self-organized and emergent learning communities. While LLC will initially staff the group, we are not its “owners”—this space belongs to you. If you’re interested in shaping the future of the BIPOC Affinity Group, we’d love to hear from you!
