A concise set of reflections, silver linings, upsides, and techniques – pulls from the experiences and perspectives of participants across five continents on adapting to and managing during and after the pandemic. Offered by Collective Mind.
Collective Mind Co-Creation: Lessons from the pandemic. In November 2020, following a Community Conversation, Collective Mind facilitated a process that brought together worldwide network practitioners to share their experiences, struggles, and insights on managing their networks during and after the pandemic.
Through this co-creation process, Collective Mind and our learning community of network leaders and managers ideated and co-created guidance using a design thinking approach that took place between March and June 2021.
The final product—a concise set of reflections, silver linings, upsides, and techniques—draws on the experiences and perspectives of participants across five continents on adapting to and managing during and after the pandemic.
The process: Anyone working with or for anywhere in the world was welcome to join the process in one or all of the following ways: responding to an initial survey, collecting data on network challenges, participating in an open working session to identify best practices, prioritize guidance needs, and co-develop the content of the guidance.
All participants are credited in the guidance as collaborators. The guidance is open-source and we encourage you to use and share it widely within and across your networks. If you have any questions about the guidance, feel free to reach out to Emily Goodman at Offered by Collective Mind.
