Working with Complexity: Beyond Analytical Knowing

This experiential workshop helps leaders and facilitators expand beyond purely analytical approaches by integrating somatic, intuitive, and feeling-based ways of knowing—enhancing their ability to navigate complexity and lead more effective, human-centered systems change.

In this hands-on workshop, you will:

1. Learn how to help groups access and trust their somatic, feeling, and intuitive ways of knowing
2. Learn the unique contributions of each source of insight and when and how to use each in systems change work
3. Understand how these ways of knowing complement one another and what happens if we neglect one over time
4. Working with intuition and feeling, learn practical techniques such as intuition pumps, shifting pace, feeling energy, red-yellow-green lights, and regulating our nervous systems
