Engaging with living systems takes more than tools and frameworks. To embody system change is to change what you pay attention to — and how. To help others embody it is to actively accompany that change — meeting people inside their frames without losing your own, and finding moves that open both frames wider — always from a ground of mutual respect.

A three-day workshop. Two distinct tracks.

The mix is deliberate. RE-AMP members bring real situations with real stakes. The practitioner cohort uses those situations as practice ground — developing a different quality of attention to what’s unfolding in the room. Each track deepens the other. And both cohorts get to learn from what two decades of network-based systems change actually looks like from the inside.
