Alexis Goggans, PCC is a credentialed coach, a trusted consultant, an equitable decarbonization advisor, and a wellness practitioner. She helps change agents shift from extractive and colonial ways of being towards life-affirming futures rooted in radical care for the human condition and reciprocity with the Living World.
Alexis is the mind behind Be Bold Services, a social impact consulting firm on a mission to transform the workplace into a force for social and ecological good. Alexis is also co-founder of the Institute for Coaching Excellence, an ICF accredited coach training school empowering future coaching leaders with a Certificate in Life, Leadership, & Executive Coaching. Most recently Ms. Goggans founded Radicle Wellness, a boutique wellness practice that uses herbalism and nutrition to cultivate peaceful minds, healthier bodies, and radical care for the Living World.
Alexis is a dynamic professional with expertise in sustainability, decolonization studies, living systems thinking, spiritual ecology, social impact, and personal & organizational development. In the past, she has designed organizational equity assessments for regional Networks of 10,000+ members, managed Washington, D.C.’s greenhouse gas inventory, and provided more than 2,500 hours of coaching to social impact leaders in the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
Whether working with solopreneurs, executive directors, or organizations, Alexis leads with strategy and humanity; firmly believing that creating life-affirming futures requires bold new ways of living, working, & leading.
Alexis studied Environmental History at the University of Colorado at Boulder. She later obtained a M.S. in Interdisciplinary Sustainability Studies from the University of Texas at Arlington and a certificate in Holistic Life, Career and Executive Coaching from the Goal Imagery Institute. Ms. Goggans also holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Foundation and certificates in Neuro-linguistic Programming, Consciousness Studies, and Spiritual Counseling. She is currently pursuing a M.S. in Clinical Nutrition & Western Herbalism from the Maryland University of Integrative Health.
