Kiara Nagel is a creative strategist with 20 years of experience building creative and collaborative social change initiatives.  Kiara delivers facilitation, training and consulting services to foster collaboration, grow healthy and just organizations, and support equitable community development. Kiara works collaboratively with a network of additional partners on different projects. These partnerships are rooted in principles of racial equity and joy and they help hold a collective commitment to deeper democratic decision-making, cultural shifts, emergence, and collaborative change. Kiara can usually be found training and supporting diverse sets of organizers, educators, and practitioners across sectors to be more strategic and creative in their work. 

Kiara is also an Affiliate with Interaction Institute for Social Change and an Associate with the Center for Story-based Strategy. She holds a Masters in City Planning from the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at MIT.
