Kimberley Jutze is an organization development practitioner and social activist dedicated to facilitating social change.  Collaborative leadership, systems change, and continuous performance improvement are common themes that underpin her diverse, international career.  Kimberley adds significant value to the organizations she works with as a trusted advisor and thought partner as well as by consistently delivering high-quality results.   

As Founder and Chief Change Agent of Shifting Patterns Consulting, Kimberley helps networks and other multistakeholder collaborative groups unleash the strategies and capabilities to be an effective force of positive change.  She is particularly interested in collaborative efforts that promote socioeconomic equality, environmental sustainability, and civic health.  Kimberley draws upon her previous experience as a network leader to collaboratively support the formation of new networks and the development of existing multistakeholder collaboratives.  Her skill sets include strategy, meeting design and facilitation, team building, project management, process improvement, organizational capacity strengthening, and business development and fundraising.

Kimberley has a Master of Science in Organization Development from Pepperdine University as well as a Master of Arts in International Politics from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the State University of New York at Binghamton.  She is also a member of the Mid-Atlantic Facilitators Network and the National Coalition for Dialogue and Deliberation.
