Network Leadership Series

Starting on April 8th, Converge will be offering its spring Network Leadership Series.
This cohort-style training, spanning weekly gatherings over two months, focuses on deepening the understanding and practice of network coordination.
Participants will learn tools and frameworks while having the opportunity to explore ways of applying them in networks, organizations, and communities with other practitioners.
Our central topics are Network Mindset & Emergence, Network Coordination, and Participant Engagement.
Past participants joined NLS to:
- Better understand strategies, structures, and best practices for network design, and coordination
- Untangle some of the old ways of working and get new insights on effective ways of drawing actors to a common purpose
- Strengthen “networked” paradigms in a community of others weaving networks
- Learn how to efficiently create networks and know when a network is appropriate or not
