Skills for Shifting Systems: Building Capacity for Lasting Change
September 29 @ 1:00 am - 4:00 pm EDT

Many of today’s most complex challenges – housing affordability, community safety, mental health, climate resilience, poverty, and health equity – cannot be solved by programs and services alone. Programs respond to immediate needs while systems change addresses the underlying structures, relationships, mindsets, policies, and power dynamics that keep those challenges in place. For changemakers, the ability to see systems, understand how they work, and intentionally shift them has become an essential leadership skill.
In this highly interactive half-day virtual session, you’ll strengthen your ability to use a systems lens, learn practical tools to identify leverage points for change, and develop strategies that can help create greater and more sustainable impact.
