Wayfinding in Complexity: Reimagining Organisational Strategy

August 25 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EDT

Leading a change-driven organisation today means working across shifting terrain, fragmented attention, and real systemic complexity.

When the strategic roadmap stops matching the ground, there’s a strong pull toward forcing a familiar framework onto an unfamiliar situation. It buys the illusion of control rather than the thing itself, and the question of how to find direction without a stable map remains open.

This free 60-minute participatory workshop introduces Wayfinding: an embodied, relational approach to navigating uncertainty by learning as you go, drawing on internal and environmental cues rather than a fixed plan. It’s less about arriving at the right answer than about building the ongoing capacity to sense where you are and adjust from there.

Together we’ll step out of conventional predict-and-control logic and into a stance built to meet what’s actually happening.

Whether you’re guiding a significant strategic pivot or simply want a more adaptive way to lead, we’d be glad to have you in the inquiry.

When: 25 August 2026 (5-6 pm CEST)
