Tools & frameworks to support systems change agents
The Community Engagement for Equitable Systems Change collaborative aims to:
- bridge the divide between systems and the ncommunities they serve
- change how systems operate, and
- equip systems to advance racial equity.
- We believe that communities most impacted need to nhave a seat at decision-making tables. At the same ntime, systems need to be receptive to community nvoices and need to build the capacity to noperationalize change in partnership with those affected.Our tools and frameworks:
- Reflection Toolkit: encourages us to slow down so we can improve the quality of nour decision-making, gain a greater understanding of the complexity of the issues nwe are working on, expand our worldviews, and open possibilities for healing.
- Individualism to Solidarity: works to make visible the mindsets and behaviors of individualism and names the mindsets and behaviors of solidarity.
- Interdependence Framework: provides a framework for understanding the ninterdependence that exists between you, your community and systems.
