Effective networks require balancing strategy, relationships, governance, and day-to-day operations. Yet many network leaders, managers, members, and supporters are left wondering:
What’s working well? Where should we focus our efforts? How do we build a stronger, more effective network without relying on expensive consultants?
The Network Development Learning Collaborative (Network Dev LC) is a flexible, cohort-based virtual program designed to help answer these questions with confidence.
Through a structured process of assessment, reflection, coaching, and peer learning, you’ll gain a clear understanding of your network’s current state, identify the areas that matter most, develop a practical roadmap for strengthening your network over time—and begin taking action to do so.
By the end of the program, you’ll have:
- A comprehensive understanding of your network’s strengths, challenges, and opportunities
- A prioritized action plan tailored to your network’s needs
- Practical strategies for strengthening network effectiveness
- Ongoing coaching and accountability as you implement your plan
- A community of peers who understand the opportunities and complexities of fostering effective networks
- Greater confidence and capability to lead your network’s continued development
Our goal is not simply to help you complete an assessment. It’s to ensure you leave with the knowledge, tools, and momentum to create lasting improvements in your network.
