Register for the next BIPOC Leaders Affinity Group. This Affinity Group focuses on the needs of BIPOC leaders, how the leadership development field can be a vehicle for liberation, and how LLC can be a place of rejuvenation and support for BIPOC Leaders. You don’t have to worry if this is your first time joining. The space is welcoming, and we invite BIPOC Leaders to join. What is an LLC Affinity Group? LLC Affinity Groups are self-organized and emergent learning communities. LLC will initially staff the Affinity Groups, but we don’t consider ourselves the “owners” of the group. Instead, we will structure the group to belong to the participants. In this month’s BIPOC Affinity gathering, we will continue to explore generative conflict and talk a little more about the tools and practices that can help us move through conflict in alignment with liberatory values.
