The dialogue series is a fun and connective container for funders to build relationships and grapple collectively with the practices that most effectively support systems change.
Participants will be invited to:
- Vulnerably and honestly examine their own role and practice as grantmakers or donors, as participants within the field of philanthropy,
- Listen deeply to and learn from systems change practitioners (especially Indigenous, frontline, and Global South practitioners),
- Build connections with funding peers that deepen understanding of systems change in theory and practice, and
- Join a community of depth within an international learning community – you’ll be part of the Illuminate network, with invitations to learn from brilliant practitioners like the Luminary Cohort, who are exploring the leading edges of systems change from locations across the globe.
Funder participants will also contribute to a creative learning capture – a visual documentation of the process and insights – that will be shared to further the field’s understanding of how best to support systems change efforts.
