This 3-hour workshop hosted by Converge will focus on how to identify the most valuable types of information to collect and how to use data to show the health, evolution, and early-stage outcomes of your network. In our time together we’ll cover:
- The difference between network evaluation and impact evaluation
- Tools and practices for data collection to assess network health
- How to use network data to guide network coordination
- How data helps you tell a compelling story about the value your network delivers
Deep Dives are created from network practice. Sessions include our current best thinking and examples from engagements with networks and network leaders over the past nine years.Our facilitators will be Kelly Jarvis and Carri Munn. Kelly is a social scientist who believes that data should be used to improve systems, support health, increase well-being, and ensure justice. She is Converge’s go-to for all things evaluation. Carri is a systems strategist and masterful facilitator who partners with systems change leaders to cultivate thriving organizations and networks.
