Network Leadership Series – September 2024
September 16 @ 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Starting on September 24th, we will be offering our September 2024 Network Leadership Series.
This cohort-style training, spanning weekly gatherings over two months, focuses on deepening the understanding and practice of network coordination. Participants will learn tools and frameworks while having the opportunity to explore ways of applying them in networks, organizations, and communities, with other practitioners. Our central topics are Network Mindset & Emergence, Network Coordination, and Participant Engagement.
The September cohort meets weekly, on Tuesdays, for 2.5 hours September 24 – November 12, 2024 at 8.15 am PST/11.15 am EST/5.15 PM CET.
Past participants joined NLS to:
- Better understand strategies, structures, and best practices for network design, and coordination
- Untangle some of the old ways of working and get new insights on effective ways of drawing actors to a common purpose
- Strengthen “networked” paradigms in a community of others weaving networks
- Learn how to efficiently create networks and know when a network is appropriate or not
In response to participants’ request, we have developed the practicum to be delivered in two 2.5 hour sessions during the week of November 25th and December 3rd. The practicum bridges the gap between conceptual understanding and practical application to integrate your learning of the NLS into your work.
