November PoP Up Talk Shop: Engaging Power & Conflict – Clarifying Purpose

Join our next session as we discuss how to engage power dynamics and conflict in our networks. Power dynamics can show up in a variety of ways and if not well addressed may lead to tension and can undermine collaborative efforts. The session will be co-facilitated by Creative Metier and Circle Generation for a participant-led exploration of commonly experienced power dynamics and introduce strategies to adopt in the moment. Participants will have the opportunity to work with peers to adapt and apply the strategies to real world situations they may be facing.
We come together virtually for 90 minutes as practitioners. We bring our shared curiosity to build relationships across the ecosystem, deepen our practice through learning and sharing of experiences, resources and opportunities to support each other’s work, hopefully beyond the session. This is a wonderful space for network leaders to connect across organizations and engage with global leaders in the field.
