DEIB Consultant, Circle Convenor, Community Weaver, Certified Professional Coach, Workshop Leader, Writer, Changemaker, International Speaker, Systems Thinking Researcher and mom, Nnaumrata is the Founder of Enactive Systems (earlier Life Beyond Motherhood) and Zemyna Foundation, the Founding Director and Global Board Member for SCiO in India (Systems and Complexity in Organisations) and an empaneled Women’s Leadership coach with Heidrick and Struggles.
As a DEIB Consultant, Nnaumrata has designed and implemented a systemic DEIB Strategy through the conceptualization of Aparajita (meaning invincible in Hindi), a program for developing women leaders, which was presented as a case study at the GED Conference, London and subsequently implemented across businesses, winning the organisations the prestigious Brandon Hall GOLD Award for Best Advance in Establishing Governance to guide Leadership and Leadership Development Decisions. In addition, Nnaumrata received a special citation at the ATD 2016 BEST award conference. Subsequently, she served as the lead designer on the project Breakthrough, a program for returning mothers by GCWL (Genpact Centre for Women’s Leadership) at Ashoka University, Sonepat.
Since the last five years, Nnaumrata has been applying her knowledge and skills (from her 22 years of work experience in coaching and facilitation, including a corporate career of 14 years in organisational learning and development), to convene ‘circles’, an ‘ancient-future social technology’ of convening groups, that fosters inclusion and cultivates belonging in a humanistic and embodied way.
Nnaumrata has convened circles locally and internationally including at the International Society for Systems Science (ISSS), the Australia New Zealand Systems Group (ANZSys), the Weaving Lab and the Foundation for Intentional Communities (FIC). She has presented workshops on circles at various forums such as the Climate Change and Consciousness Conference (CCC19) at Scotland (April 2019), the Mind and Life’s Summer Research Institute (SRI) at New York (June 2019), at IIM-Bengaluru at their Elevating Consciousness through Meditation Conference (August 2019), the ISSS Annual Conference (2021) and the OR Society’s Annual Conference (2021). As an Adjunct Faculty at the California Institute of Integral Studies’ Masters in Transformative Leadership Development program, she is currently teaching a course on Creating Communities and Coalitions.
Life Positive Magazine’s 24th Anniversary edition released in India in April 2020, named her as one of the 14 faces driving social change in India.
