Operationalizing equity, transparency and forward momentum using the Principle of Consent

June 23, 2021 @ 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm

FREE workshop

June 23, 2021, 12 PM – 2 PM EDT

Resource flows shift when equity is operationalized and those most impacted by decisions have a voice in decision-making.

How decisions get made, and who participates in those decisions, is a key indicator for equity.

The Principle of Consent within a Range of Tolerance allows us to meet the needs for inclusion and buy-in and also provides a framework that meets the needs for autonomy and action.

If your work culture orients toward consensus, you may find Consent to be a breakthrough.

This workshop is made available at no charge thanks to the TRCC’s

Collaborative Funding for a Just Transition

Normally, we ask $50 – $85 per participant with significant discounts when 5 or more members of a decision-making circle participate together.

We are inviting members of coalitions, networks, alliances, collective impact, cooperatives, colabs, or any groups that share purpose to join us for this two-hour interactive online workshop.
