The Culture Workshop: exploring awareness
October 11, 2023 @ 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm
The Culture Workshop supports groups to:
- Gain a deeper understanding of the human issues that arise when two or more cultures come together
- Learn frameworks to identify common patterns and ways to break challenging cycles that perpetuate the status quo.
- Develop more confidence in designing cultures of reciprocity, interconnectedness, and creativity.
- Understand a basic framework for developing thriving human cultures that maximize the contributions and strengths of all its members
We’ve designed The Culture Workshop experience to foster deep understanding of how culture impacts your network’s ability to fulfill its purpose. We’ll explore experiences, and practices that help you work better together as you live into a culturally rich ecosystem that fosters belonging, innovation and forward momentum.

Take advantage of our Facilitated debrief-sessions and join our online community after your workshop!
After attending the Culture Workshop and Money Game workshop, all participants are invited to join us for a more in-depth unpacking of their experiences. These post-workshop debriefs will be hosted by session facilitators, and all attendees will be invited to join our online peer-to-peer community to continue the dialogues they find central to their work.
The Cost of the Culture Workshop:
Our desire is that everyone who wants to participate can have access, and that the work can be sustainable for the people providing the workshop.
Therefore, there is no set fee for The Culture Workshop. We offer guidance below to support people in choosing how much to give.
The cost to sustain the Culture Workshop is $375 per person. This amount covers the cost of the workshop, and resourcing all members of our working group team providing this experience.
We invite participants to contribute an amount that feels accessible for them to help this work continue.
(As a reminder, many networks will subsidize participation in learning experiences for members who are willing to bring their learning to the group or willing to use their learning in future experiences of their choice.)
