This Community Conversation will focus on ways to operationalize equity in networks.
Ericka Stallings, Executive Director of the Leadership Learning Community, will talk about LLC’s efforts to make equity a central component of every aspect of the network experience. Ericka will share learnings from LLC’s successes and challenges. This will be an opportunity for us all to explore new thinking, challenge ourselves to push the edge on equity and learn from the collective wisdom of the group.

Collective Mind hosts regular Community Conversations with and for our global learning community. Each session is led by a different network practitioner and shares an experience, methodology, idea, or tool used with their own network, or discusses a salient network topic. These sessions are a space to connect, share challenges, and cultivate solutions to common problems experienced by networks and network practitioners.
